My flexible approach means you can get the help you need when you need it wherever you are in the world. Book time with no retainers, no hidden fees and no extra costs. In the spirit of efficiency, I generally work remotely and we communicate via phone, email and skype to save time. I am always available to join you on-site when it makes sense to do so.<\/p>\n

The first step is to schedule an initial session<\/a> or we can arrange to talk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As you may already know, I work at a lightning fast pace so you will get lots out of each hour booked and I will always give you options for saving money on chunks of work, whether it is giving you the tools to do it yourself or helping you identify existing resources within your network and supporting them to deliver.<\/p>\n

We will need more time in the beginning to set things up with the requirement tapering off to give you the support as and when you need it. My approach is to provide you with the knowledge you want to take care of your own business and coordinate the execution any work where it doesn\u2019t make practical sense for you to learn the skills.<\/p>\n

We schedule our initial session before the work begins in order to identify opportunities and establish processes moving forward. There are generally some simple steps that can be taken immediately to generate measurable returns.<\/p>\n

As a big fan of simple, I will lay out project work in phases so you can choose the option that best suits your resources. Alternatively, you can book a block of time and use it as you wish, agreeing in advance the amount of time we allocate to each assignment.<\/p>\n

Our working arrangements remain flexible, though I do suggest we get arrange a weekly discussion where we identify opportunities, lay out what needs to be done, assign necessary resources and set ongoing priorities.<\/p>\n
